Contract
By placing an order on Gabol.com, you assure that you are over 18 years of age. The products offered are only distributed in Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).
Products Availability
All orders are subject to the availability of the products. If at the time the order is issued, we detect there is no stock in our warehouses of any of the products included in it; the customer will be notified immediately. Besides, the amount of the item collected and not sent will be paid in the following days to the customer, by the same means of payment used in the purchase.
Right to do not accept an order
Gabol may cancel any order or not accept a confirmed order for the following reasons:
1. In the event of a technical error and / or a typographical error in the prices or in the rest of the data of the products contained in the website when the order was placed.
2. Due to lack of availability as described in the previous paragraph.
3.When the security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.
4. Reasons are indicating that the user is a minor.
5. The order could not be delivered to the address provided.
Gabol will fully refund the amounts that have been paid.
Cancellation or modification of orders
Once an order is received, we proceed with its execution, and from that moment on, cancellations or modifications will not be accepted.
Purchase Procedure
1. You will find all our articles classified according to our catalogues:
-Travel (suitcases and travel items)
-School (backpacks and school supplies)
-Business (briefcases, backpacks, and other items to carry laptops and tablets)
-Bags (bags and accessories for men and women)
2. Select the item you want to buy and choose the colour if you have different options and click on "Add to Cart".
3. All selected items will be saved in the shopping cart. Click on "Finish order request" to buy and follow the Registration steps if you have not previously registered.
4. To make the purchase, the user's personal data will be required, which will be incorporated into our database to process the order and to facilitate the making of new purchases through the Website. The personal data provided by users will be treated following the provisions of our Privacy Policy. The user may access, at any time, the personal data provided, and the information of the orders placed. Gabol reminds users that personal data must be indicated accurately to avoid confusion or incidents in the shipment of the item/s purchased.
5. Once the purchase order has been completed, and before confirming it, a summary of the order will be presented to the user identifying the items purchased, their total price (transport and taxes included) with each item broken down, and the details of Sending the order, so that the user confirms it by clicking the 'Confirm payment' button. In this way, the client will be redirected to the secure payment gateway of our bank.
6. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order information.
Payment Conditions
The prices on this Website are shown in Euros. Under the Law on Value Added Tax, Gabol is obliged to pass on this tax, at the rate in force at all times, to all products delivered in Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Payment Methods
Gabol will only accept payments made through credit or debit card (Visa and MasterCard) or Bizum. The charge will be made online, that is, in real-time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data communicated is correct.
Secure payment
To provide maximum security to the payment system, Gabol uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this sense, the confidential data of the payment are transmitted directly and in an encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee security in Internet transactions. When making the payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. Next, you will connect with the issuing bank, which will request that you authorize the operation using a personal authentication code. The operation will only be carried out if the bank that issued the credit card confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.
Delivery Conditions
The products offered are only distributed in Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).
Delivery term
Orders placed will be delivered from Monday to Friday (except holidays), through a courier company, within:
- 24-72 hours (working days) in Spain, Peninsula.
- 48-72 hours (working days) in the Balearic Islands. Shipping to Menorca will depend on the transport frequency to the island.
To avoid incidents in the delivery (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to fill in the corresponding form correctly, and it is advisable to fill in the box relating to the contact telephone number.
Shipping cost
Free for purchases over € 40. For lower purchases, shipping costs € 6 (VAT included) for the Peninsula, € 12 (VAT included) for the Balearic Islands.
Returns
Gabol admits product returns up to 30 days from the purchase date as long as the product is in the same delivery conditions, once the 30 days have passed, product returns are not allowed.
All items must be returned unused, with original labels, instructions for use, warranty and other labels and packaging and in their original packaging. If the items returned under this right are not in resalable condition, we will not accept the return.
To exercise your right of return, contact us at mail@gabol.es indicating the order number and product to be returned, and we will send you the sheet that you must print and paste in your shipping package. The customer will bear shipping and cost management.
Once we have verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to return the corresponding money.
If the product had arrived defective, please process the return using the Repair Center form.
Warranty
The guarantee of all our products will be indicated on the web, in the Warranty.
Limitation of Liability
The responsibility of GABOL, LTD in the sale operation concerning the buyer, is limited to the amount of the invoice of the product sold and that established by the applicable legislation on consumer matters.
