1. Fly to Verona

Close to the Garda Lake there are some of the most important Italian cities such as Milan and Verona. If your idea is to spend as much time as possible in the lake, you have to fly to Verona, it is closer. There you will have the opportunity to walk through the historical city center. It is very beautiful and you can visit the house of Juliet, mythical emplace in the Shakespeare’s novel ‘Romeo and Juliet’.

2. Choose a boutique hotel

On the Garda Lake shores there are many charming towns. Small villages full of restaurants and shops very nice. One of the main towns is Garda, however there are other very beautiful villages like Sirmione, Limone sul Garda, Bardolino or Saló. These are perfect places to finish the day walking the streets at sunset. And then you can have a romantic dinner enjoying a good pasta and Italian ice cream.
